1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store of The Gold Coast™ (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “the Seller”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

We sell printed and/or digital comic books and related merchandise. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided to the best of our knowledge. Minor deviations in color, print, or materials may occur and do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in CHF and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

Payment methods may include credit card, PayPal, TWINT, Stripe, or other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

4. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the countries listed in our shipping information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or force majeure.

6. Digital Products

For digital products, access is provided after successful payment. Digital content is non-transferable and for personal use only. Download links must not be shared.

7. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, characters, artwork, logos, and stories sold or displayed are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Liability

We are liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
