Preiswerk is the enigmatic mind behind THE GOLD COAST™, a shadowy, high-gloss saga where luxury and noir bleed into each other like ink in water. A graduate of Central Saint Martins College, he emerged from the crucible of avant-garde design.

Part designer, part storyteller, Preiswerk weaves narratives with the precision of haute couture and the punch of a graphic novel. His worlds are cinematic—equal parts Alpine myth, stoner surrealism, and jet-set decadence. A true creative phantom, he rarely explains and never apologizes. He doesn’t just write comics—he builds them like cathedrals, every panel a stained glass of sin, satire, and style.

Swiss by birth, Preiswerk has lived on the notorious GOLD COAST for several years, soaking in its eccentric opulence and sun-drenched intrigue. When not crafting the next installment of his noir mythos, he vanishes into remote Alpine valleys—disappearing for days at a time into forgotten trails, military bunkers, and glacial silence, mining stories from the shadows of the mountains. His explorations often lead him to investigate both historical and current trafficking and trade routes threading through hidden mountain passes into Switzerland, where history, smuggling and shadow economies blur into one.
